The first time I met Sy Rogers was in the late nineties. He was walking towards me on a sidewalk in Winter Garden, Florida. I did not know who he was, but he could not have known that. He smiled and graciously nodded a greeting as he asked, "How are you today?" "Fine," I lied.
Later that day I heard him speak for the first time and I came to know and respect him as one of the most consistent communicators of our time. For forty years he has been a church leader and pastor. I hope you'll take a moment to listen to his testimony and insights.
Sadly Sy passed away on April 19, 2020, after being a pastor and in fulltime ministry for more than 40 years.
